How to start a return
Email info@nhplifestyles.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with simple return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
